Our Journey

The Calling

Dedicated to restoring hope and dignity to those who need it most since 1998.

Our Story

How It All Began

Founded in 1998, Exodus Care Centre began with a simple but profound mission: to provide a safe refuge for individuals and families who have nowhere else to turn.

Based in Pretoria, Gauteng, we serve as a beacon of hope for the homeless, vulnerable families facing sudden crises, the elderly who lack proper care, and those living with disabilities.

Over the decades, we have grown to provide daily shelter, nutritious meals, and essential support to approximately 120 people every day. Our community is built on compassion, respect, and the belief that everyone deserves a chance to heal and rebuild.

The Land Fund Vision

Help Us Build a Permanent Home

Right now, we operate from rented facilities — limiting how many people we can help.

We are working to secure a permanent property where we can provide long-term shelter, stability, and expanded support to those in need. Our vision is to create a self-sustaining environment where people don't just survive — they rebuild their lives.

With this space, we will:

  • Build safe, lasting accommodation
  • Create workshops for skills development
  • Support recovery and independence

Greenhouses & farming to:

  • Improve food security for residents
  • Provide daily nutritious meals
  • Teach valuable agricultural skills
