1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Exodus Care Centre website (www.exoduscarecentre.com), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by these terms, please do not use this service.

2. Nature of the Organization

Exodus Care Centre is a registered Non-Profit Organization (NPO Registration: 009-635 NPO) operating as a Public Benefit Organization (Sec 18(1)(a) PBO Reg. 130000334) in the Republic of South Africa. Our primary mandate is to provide shelter, meals, and care to vulnerable individuals.

3. Donation Policies & Refunds

We deeply appreciate your generous support. Because we are a charitable organization, we adhere to the following donation policies:

  • Non-Refundable Nature: All donations made to Exodus Care Centre are considered charitable gifts and are strictly non-refundable. Please ensure that the amount you select is correct before completing the transaction.
  • Fraud or Error: In the highly unlikely event that a fraudulent transaction occurs using your card, or a verifiable technical error results in duplicate charges, we will review the case. You must contact us within 7 days of the transaction at info@exoduscarecentre.com. We reserve the right to verify the claim with the payment processor (Paystack/PayPal) before any reversal is considered.

4. Recurring Donations

If you choose to set up a monthly recurring donation, your payment method will be charged automatically each month. You maintain full control over your recurring donation and may cancel it at any time through your PayPal/Paystack dashboard, or by emailing us directly with at least 5 business days' notice prior to the next billing cycle.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

The website and its original content, features, functionalities, and images (including AI-generated conceptual art and branding assets) are owned by Exodus Care Centre and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited.

6. Limitation of Liability

Exodus Care Centre shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages resulting from your use of the website or inability to use the website, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, goodwill, data or other intangible losses.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
